- Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or pickup confirmation.
- Once an order has been shipped or collected, cancellation will not be possible.
- To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via phone or email.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Order cancelled before dispatch (if payment already made)
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper handling, exposure to water, chemicals, or perfumes
- Minor colour variations due to lighting or display differences

- Eligible items may be exchanged instead of refunded, depending on availability.
- Items must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging.

- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
